ROLE: Band 6 RMN OR Social Worker x4 (Ref; H3)

TEAM: Havering Mental Health Wellbeing Team Central (JWN1)

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

DURATION: 3 months

RESPONSIBILITIES: Care co-ordinate a caseload of clients with varying needs and diagnosis. Complete thorough assessment of need and risk for clients coming into secondary services. To work alongside the MDT and other agencies both within and outside of the organisation. Duty work on a rota basis.
